# Open data licence and citation
**Short answer**
The datasets on Misfuel Doctor, and the structured data returned by its API, MCP server and feeds, are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). ## What it does not cover

## Third-party data inside the datasets
UK place names and postcode districts come from the futurematik/postcodes dataset, published under the ISC licence. Search figures come from Fuel Fixer Ltd's own Google Ads account. Facts that rely on an outside estimate name and link it on their own page.
